What Relevo is

Relevo connects verified professional expats in Panama City who are selling their belongings with verified members who want to buy them. We verify people; we are not a party to the transactions.

Deals close person to person: you meet, inspect, and pay the seller directly. Relevo never holds, transfers, or guarantees the purchase money. For cars, buyer and seller complete the traspaso together at ATTT.

Verification and your account

Publishing and contacting sellers require a verified account. Verification means proving control of a work email at a recognized employer. Providing false information, impersonating someone, or verifying with an inbox that is not yours are grounds for immediate removal.

You are responsible for what you publish. Listings must describe real items you own, with your own photos.

Fees

Publishing a listing costs a flat $5, charged when you publish (waived during our launch period). It is a service fee for the publication itself and is not refundable once the listing goes live. Browsing and contacting sellers is free. Relevo charges no commission on sales.

Prohibited

Illegal items, counterfeits, items you do not own, commercial reselling disguised as personal listings, harassment of other members, and harvesting contact information.

Moderation

Members can report listings and users. We review every report and may hide listings, suspend badges, or remove accounts. Because every account belongs to a verified person, bans are effective.

Liability

Relevo provides the platform as is. We verify identities in good faith but cannot guarantee the condition of items, the outcome of transactions, or the conduct of members. Inspect before paying; pay at handover.
