What we store

Your sign-up email and name. This is the only address we use to communicate with you.

Your work email, only if you choose to verify. We use it once to confirm you work where you say, and again every 90 days to re-confirm. We never write to it for anything else.

Your WhatsApp number, only if you publish listings. It is never displayed on Relevo: verified members reach you through a contact button that opens WhatsApp directly.

Your listings, photos, and the record of the $5 publication fees you pay.

What we never do

We never display your employer. Verification proves you are a real professional; where you work stays between you and us.

We never show your email or phone number to anyone, member or not.

We never send marketing spam. Emails from Relevo are sign-in links, verification links, and things you explicitly asked for.

We never sell your data.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a preference cookie for your language. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.

Who processes your data

Relevo runs on Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and photo storage), and Resend (email delivery). We may use privacy-respecting analytics (PostHog) and error monitoring (Sentry) to keep the product working.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account yourself from your profile at any time. It removes your personal data and takes your listings off the market. Accounting records of fees you already paid remain, without your personal data attached.
